In 2016, Ant Capital Partners Co., Ltd. became a signatory to the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (\u201cPRI\u201d) , to express our commitment towards incorporating Environment, Social, and Governance (\u201cESG\u201d) in our business activities.<\/p>\n

About the PRI<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe PRI are investment principles that major global institutional investors are signing. The six Principles of PRI are as follows.
\nWe will incorporate ESG issues into investment analysis.
\nWe will be active owners and incorporate ESG issues into our ownership policies and practices.
\nWe will seek appropriate disclosure on ESG issues by the entities in which we invest.
\nWe will promote acceptance and implementation of the Principles within the investment industry.
\nWe will work together to enhance our effectiveness in implementing the Principles.
\nWe will each report on our activities and progress towards implementing the Principles.<\/p>\n

EDCI<\/b>\uff08<\/b>ESG Data Convergence Initiative<\/b>\uff09<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

In 2026, Ant Capital Partners Co., Ltd. joined the ESG Data Convergence Initiative <\/a>(hereinafter \u201cEDCI\u201d). EDCI is an international initiative that promotes the standardization of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) data collection and reporting processes in private markets.<\/p>\n

Since signing the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) in 2016, the Company has been committed to identifying and addressing ESG-related issues at portfolio companies. By joining EDCI, a globally recognized standardization framework, the Company aims to enhance the comparability and transparency of ESG data for investors, and to drive the enhancement of portfolio company value through deeper ESG management based on objective data.<\/p>\n

About the EDCI<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

EDCI is an industry-led initiative launched in September 2021 by leading global PE fund managers (GPs) and institutional investors (LPs), aimed at standardizing ESG data in private markets. Members collect and share data on key common metrics, including greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, board diversity, and occupational injury rates, and contribute to the creation of industry-wide benchmarks.<\/p>\n
