Mr. Akaogi joined Ant Capital in 2008 from Sumitomo Life Insurance Company, where he was the chief manager of the investment risk management group, and prior to that, the chief manager of the equity investment group, responsible for overall equity investments, including private equity. During the 20 years he spent at Sumitomo Life, he held several strategic positions, such as a company representative in Beijing, investment manager in the Hong Kong office, and asset allocation officer in the investment planning department of the Tokyo head office. He holds a B.A. in Law from Keio University, Japan.

Prior to joining Ant Capital Partners in 2009, Mr. Tanabe was a vice president at Marsh (Tokyo), where he specialized in providing risk management due diligence services to private equity firms and Japanese corporations in a variety of M&A transactions. Prior to that, he was a consultant at Marsh helping to develop new business for consumer-based industries, such as education, mobile phone, and automobile. He started his career at a Japanese insurance company in 1998. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Aoyama University, Japan and an MBA in Finance from Chuo Graduate School of Accounting, Japan.

Mr. Makino co-leads the Tokyo investment team’s effort in developing investment opportunities, post-investment management, and exit-development activities. Prior to joining Ant Capital in 2004, he spent 11 years at Century Tokyo Leasing Corporation, where he held several senior positions in Sapporo branch and International Corporate Division, including a group lead role in the financing business division of Cisco Systems (now Cisco Systems Capital). He holds a B.A. in Economics from Dokkyo University, Japan.

Mr. Omatsu joined Ant Capital in 2020. Prior to joining Ant Capital, he was in charge of assisting management control and execution of companies invested by PE funds at Frontier Management Inc. Prior to this, he worked at Abeam Consulting and engaged in strategic/business consulting since 2013. He started his carrier of business consulting at Ernst & Young in 2008. He also worked at UFJ bank in 2004. He holds B.A in Business and Commerce in Keio University.

Mr. Ando joined Ant Capital in 2015. Prior to joining Ant Capital, he worked at Japan Industrial Solutions, engaged in private equity investments. Prior to this, he worked at KPMG AZSA LLC, engaged in financial advisory services related to business turnarounds including turnaround ADR scheme, in addition to statutory auditing services for financial institutions. He started his career at IBM Business Consulting Services. He holds B.A. in business administration from Meiji University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Japan).

Mr. Kawabe joined Ant Capital in 2015. Prior to joining Ant Capital, he was engaged in M&A and corporate finance advisory at SUMITOMO MITSUI BANKING CORPORATION (SMBC) since 2012. Prior to that, he was sent to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) from SMBC. At MHLW, he was engaged in business related to Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. He started his career at SMBC in 2008. He holds B.A. in Economics from The University of Tokyo.

Mr. Nakazawa joined Ant Capital in 2018. Prior to joining Ant Capital, he was engaged in private equity investments at Mitsui & Co., Principal Investments. Prior to that, he worked at Duff & Phelps, engaged in financial advisory, valuation and purchase price allocation. He started his career at the Norinchukin bank in 2013. He holds B.A. in sociology from Doshisha University.

Mr.Emoto joined Ant capital in 2023. With a background as a strategic consultant, he worked as an associate partner at PKSHA Technology to solve management problems utilizing AI, engaged in deal advisory at KPMG FAS, and engaged in management strategy planning and business restructuring at the Accenture Japan Strategy Group. He also has seven years of hands-on experience as an independent consultant in promoting corporate value improvement. He holds a B.A. in Law from Keio University, Japan.

Mr. Nakamura joined Ant Capital in 2019. Prior to joining Ant Capital, he was engaged in private equity investments and mezzanine financing at Mizuho Capital Partners. Before joining Mizuho in 2017, he worked at Deloitte and provided financial advisory services in relation to M&A and accounting since 2012. He started his career at Bridgestone in 2009. He holds B.A in Economics in Tokyo University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Japan).

Mr. Iwahashi joined Ant Capital in 2021. Prior to joining Ant Capital, he worked at KPMG FAS, engaged in financial advisory, valuation, purchase price allocation and financial modeling. He started his career at the KPMG AZSA LLC in 2013. He holds B.A. in Business and Commerce from Keio University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Japan).

Mr. Kimishima joined Ant Capital in 2022. Prior to joining Ant Capital, he worked at Nomura and provided M&A advisory services since 2019. He started his career at Mizuho in 2017. He holds B.A in Economics from The University of Tokyo.

Mr. Kitahori joined Ant Capital in 2024. Prior to joining Ant Capital, he worked at Development Bank of Japan, engaged in Treasury and IR Department, Corporate Banking Division at Osaka-branch, and Energy sector project finance department.
He holds B.A.in Law from Kyoto University and MPP in Law from The University of Tokyo Graduate School of Public Policy.

Ms. Igarashi joined Ant Capital in 2018. Prior to joining Ant Capital, she was engaged in new development and investment business of energy assets mainly for domestic thermal power plants in IDI infrastructures Inc. She started her career in GE Capital in 2008. She holds B.A in Educations in Tokyo Gakugei University.

Ms. Shimada joined Ant Capital in 2021. Prior to joining Ant Capital, she worked as a fund administrator at UB Ventures, Inc.. Prior to that, she was engaged in portfolio management at Intel Capital from 2009. Earlier in her career, she worked in land development and asset management in real estate funds at Creed Holdings Pte. Ltd. ,. She graduated from University of California, Los Angeles.
